If your car is stolen or written off, we’ll settle the difference between your comprehensive insurance payout and the amount owing on your finance agreement. (Excess payable, arrears, refundable premiums or capital additions will be factored into the amount paid.)

BMW Care and Cosmetic Exterior Cover Plan offers the following benefits up to a maximum of R3 000.00 (VAT incl.).
BMW Scratch repair. Covers scratches to the bodywork of the vehicle up to 15 cm in length.
BMW Wheels and Alloy rims repairs. Covers up to a maximum of R3 000.00 (VAT incl.) per 12 (twelve) month period of cover.
BMW Windscreen and Glass repairs. Windscreen chips and repairs to headlamps and related glass components, to the value of R3 000.00 (VAT incl.)
BMW tar removal. Unlimited restorations up to a maximum of R3 000.00 (VAT incl.).
BMW Dent repair. Dents to the bodywork of the vehicle up to 15 cm in diameter.
BMW Hail damage repair. Covers up to a maximum of R3 000.00 (VAT incl.) per 12 (twelve) month period of cover.
BMW Chip repairs. Repairs damage not exceeding 1.5 mm in diameter.

Claims procedure
1. Telephone the national number to register your claim on 0860 100 269.
2. The claims department will request your policy number and all relevant information.
3. The claims department will request a photograph of the damage.
4. Send quotations and photograph to the claims department who will assess your claim.
