Exclusive high performance: limited to 250 models, the BMW X5 M Competition First Edition with its stylish design features celebrates the expressive high-performance character of the BMW X5 M Competition. The BMW Individual special paint finish Frozen Dark Silver metallic exclusively available for the Edition model impressively showcases the powerful exterior design – perfectly complemented by exclusive 21"/22" M light alloy wheels 818 M Star spoke style in Jet Black uni. On request, the BMW X5 M Competition First Edition is also available in the BMW Individual special paint finish Frozen Marina Bay Blue metallic. Distinctive M Carbon mirror caps and an M Carbon engine cover convey an additional element of motor racing flair. The interior of the BMW X5 M Competition First Edition with its BMW Individual full Merino leather upholstery in an exclusive bicolour design of Silverstone/Night Blue and a BMW Individual headliner in Alcantara Night Blue is harmoniously coordinated with the paint finish of the edition. Black Alcantara inserts in the seat cheeks and contrasting stitching in Sakhir Orange emphasise the sporty contours of the M Multifunctional seats, extended by coloured seams in the door panels and the leather-covered instrument panel. Rounding off the exclusive character of the edition model are Carbon interior trims in a high-quality finish. The M TwinPower Turbo petrol engine of the BMW X5 M50i with 390 kW.
The M TwinPower Turbo 8-cylinder petrol engine in the BMW X5 M50i combines two turbochargers with Valvetronic fully variable valve control and the direct petrol injection High-Precision Injection. It achieves a peak output of 390 kW with a maximum torque of 750 Nm. Both turbochargers are positioned neatly between the cylinder banks.

The M TwinPower Turbo inline 6-cylinder diesel engine in the BMW M50d is exceptional in every respect. State-of-the-art technology such as step charging with four turbochargers and a common rail high-pressure injection system ensures impressive power in every driving situation at up to 760 Nm.
