24/7 Emergency roadside assistance. In the event of the unexpected, BMW On Call has you covered with emergency roadside assistance available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. In an event of a mechanical/electrical breakdown, BMW On Call will arrange for your BMW to be towed to the nearest BMW Retailer. There are also a range of accommodation and car hire options to ensure that you are never stranded in case of an emergency.

Your BMW is so intelligent that it can tell when it needs a service. From monitoring oil levels to detecting and predicting the degree of wear and tear on your vehicle, your BMW lets you know when your next service is due. It also checks the time/mileage recommendations for fixed services, so you don’t have to. With My BMW Service and Maintenance Plans, you can service your BMW when your CBS system alerts you, or in the case of an oil plan, electively or when alerted. So you never have to compromise on the optimal care of your BMW.
