TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1.      This Campaign is conducted by BMW (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd (the “Organiser”). This Campaign is open to customers who are registered professionals in the following fields (the “Participant/s”):

 

1.1.    Medical:  member of the Health Professionals Council of South Africa (HPCSA) or South African Medical Association (SAMA)

1.2.    Accountants:  member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) or the Chartered Institute for Business Accountants (CIBA)

1.3.    Legal:  Legal Practice Council of South Africa (LPC)

1.4.    Engineers:  Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA)

1.5.    IT:  Institute of Information Technology Professionals South Africa (IITPSA)

1.6.    Actuaries:  Actuarial Society of South Africa (ASSA)

1.7.    Educators and Professors:  South African Council for Educators (SACE)

 

2.      To participate in the Campaign, Participants who are registered professionals as listed above must be members of recognised industry associations and must be in possession of current and valid membership certificates.

 

3.      The Campaign excludes the following people:

3.1.    every other professional that is not listed above; and

3.2.    a qualifying Participant who cannot produce a current and valid industry association membership certificate.

 

4.      By participating in this Campaign, the Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. In addition, all Participants consent to the Organiser processing their information in order to enable them to participate in this Campaign and make contact with the Participant, as and when necessary. For the avoidance of doubt, the Organiser shall not make use of any information belonging to the Participant, which is not in any way, linked to the Campaign, unless separate consent has been given to the Organiser by the Participant.

 

5.      The Campaign entitles the Participant to be offered exclusive pricing in respect of a purchase on a new BMW and MINI vehicle(s).

 

6.      The Organiser’s decision is final, and no negotiation will be entered into with Participants relative to the exclusive pricing offers.

 

7.      All queries from a Participant regarding the Campaign may be referred to a BMW retailer.

 

8.      The Organiser shall not be liable for any disruption to the Campaign, whether due to technical problems or otherwise, which is beyond its reasonable control.  In the event of any disruption to the running of the Campaign, the Organiser may, in its sole discretion, use its reasonable endeavours to remedy the disruption and resume the Campaign on a fair and equitable basis to the Participant. 

 

9.      The Organiser reserves the right to vary, suspend, or cancel the Campaign, or any aspect thereof, without notice at any time, for any reason which it deems necessary. In the event of such variation, suspension or cancellation, the Participant agrees to waive any of his/her rights, interests and expectations that the Participant may have in regard to the Campaign and acknowledges that s/he will have no recourse against the Organiser and its affiliates as well as third party agents. Participants who participate in the Campaign acknowledge that, through their participation in the Campaign, they have read the legal notice pertaining to the Organiser’s digital platforms, where applicable.

 

10.  All information relating to the Campaign, which may be published on any promotional material via media is covered by these terms and conditions. In the event of any conflict between the content of such promotional material and these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail.

 

11.  These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of South Africa.
