As featured on our page, models you can look forward to seeing at M FEST 2024 include the new BMW M2, the BMW M4 CS, the new BMW M5 and the limited-edition XM Label. The BMW M3 Touring will also make its South African debut.  In addition, you can look forward to some of our most iconic models like the locally built BMW X3 as well as the latest generation BMW 1 Series. 

Yes, most BMW Group vehicles will be available for retail at M FEST. This year, you will also be able to purchase BMW motorcycles, too. 

This year we are doing things a little differently.  M FEST 2024 will be open to less visitors than previous years which means less crowds and more opportunity to get the most out of your festival experience. For those looking for an even more exclusive experience, there are M-Lounge access tickets available for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You can choose between 3 lounge options:  M-Sarel van der Merwe, ⁠⁠M-Main Stage and M-Drift.

These are available at a cost of R3500,00 per person and include a complimentary drift ride or hot lap (lounge dependent), delicious catering and refreshments, a R500 non-refundable voucher for beverages, lifestyle merchandise and more. You will also have access to preferential M-Lounge Parking. 

Each M Lounge is designed and situated to offer you a curated experience. Take in the thrilling sights and sounds of the BMW race series, in the M-Sarel vd Merwe Lounge, with a perfect view of the track and the unique roar of BMW M-powered vehicles. Be close to the smell of burning rubber, the exhilarating sound of engines, the cheers of the crowd, and the sight of high-octane stunts in the M-Drift Lounge located near the Drift Arena. Looking for front-row seats to the live entertainment? The M-Main Stage Lounge provides the perfect location to experience the thrilling performances by renowned artists, throughout the weekend.

Unfortunately, no. To maintain the exclusivity and unique ambience of each lounge, you will only be permitted entry to the lounge for which you purchase a ticket.  

While the passion for M Performance is universal, M FEST will only be held in Gauteng. The Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit is a purpose-built track and event space that’s the perfect fit for M FEST. Why not plan a road trip or fly in to experience it for yourself? 

We’ve taken on board your feedback from the last M FEST. In order to reduce the long queues and waiting time, all M-Hot Laps and M-Drift Rides can be booked and paid for via the Howler website prior to the event. Simply select your festival ticket to gain access to book your chosen time slot. 

This year, you don’t need to worry about queuing for the chance to experience a hot lap or drift ride. You simply need to book and pay for your hot lap or drift ride, online. M-Hot Laps are R400 and M-Drift Rides are R350. M-Hot Laps and M-Drift rides will not be available to book on the day. 

After the sun goes down, M FEST becomes a music festival. You can expect some of the top names in local entertainment but to say more would ruin the surprise. The full artist line-up will be announced soon.

The BMW M Festival is back at its home at the Kyalami Gran Prix Circuit on 25–27 October 2024. Feel the adrenaline coursing through your veins with a full weekend of hot laps, exhilarating stunts, live entertainment and much more. 

General access tickets are available for all the days of M FEST. They are called M-Tickets and can be found on the M FEST ticketing page. M-Tickets cost R350 per person. 

Of course you can! The whole family can enjoy M FEST. Kids under the age of 12 get free access (up to 2 kids per an adult ticket), and there’s a dedicated M-Kids Area. You will still need tickets for your kids, so don’t forget to add your kids’ tickets in your cart when you buy your own tickets. 

We are pleased to confirm that there will be BMW Car Club races taking place at M FEST 2024. More details and schedules will be posted closer to the time. 

While you won’t be permitted to bring your own food and drinks to M FEST – there will be plenty to choose from at the festival. You can look forward to a Food Court with artisanal vendors and an M-Beer Garden.
