5.0 L/100KM

Innovative BMW TwinPower Turbo technology, common rail direct injection and aluminium lightweight construction make it possible. The redeveloped 4-cylinder diesel engine in the BMW X3 combines impressive performance with a further improvement in fuel economy and emissions. Particularly economical figures come from the entry model among the diesels, the BMW X3 xDrive20 d, with combined fuel consumption of 5.0 and CO2 emissions of 131* g/km. The vehicle proves to be clearly more generous in terms of driving performance – it can sprint from 0 to 100 km/h within 8.1 and has a top speed of 210 km/h. In contrast, the slightly larger engine of the BMW X3 xDrive30d achieves a maximum speed of 232 km/h and covers the dash from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.9 seconds. Once again consumption and CO2 emissions remain extremely moderate: figures of 5.7 l/100 km and 149 g/km speak for themselves. All figures were determined in accordance with the EU test cycle and depend on the selected tyre format.
* The lowest figure was achieved with the special equipment SA 2AM 17" light alloy wheels Streamline 306, which are subject to an additional charge.
